- You have a old or corrupt version of DirectX installed. Install the latest version of DirectX and update your display driver.
- Play the video in Windows Media Player to see if it was recorded that way.
- Use the Rotate video effect with start and finish set to 0.5.
- Captions are blocky
- Video is blocky
