- Make sure the latest version of Windows Media Player is installed.
- Make sure video sizes are a multiple of 4.
- Try selecting a different video encoder or audio format.
- Cannot save as QuickTime Movie (MOV)
- Cannot save as MPEG Audio (MP3)
- Fast Start streaming does not work for QuickTime movies
- Saving a video file freezes the program or gives a DirectX error
- Video files are too large
- Quality of the saved file is low
- Saved file does not work in other programs
