- Cannot save as Windows Media Video (WMV)
- Cannot save as QuickTime Movie (MOV)
- Cannot save as MPEG Audio (MP3)
- The "Prepare for Internet Streaming" setting does not appear to work. Use QuickTime Pro or other QuickTime tools from Apple to re-export or re-convert the Multiquence generated file to get streaming working.
- Saving a video file freezes the program or gives a DirectX error
- Video files are too large
- Quality of the saved file is low
- Saved file does not work in other programs
