  - DirectX plug-in does not appear on Effect | Plug-in | DirectX submenu after it is installed
    - Use the Options | Plug-in | Effect | DirectX command in GoldWave to select and enable the effect. Restart GoldWave for changes to take effect.
    - Make sure the plug-in supports the WAVE_FORMAT_IEEE format for processing audio. GoldWave will not list incompatible plug-ins.
  - GoldWave freezes when previewing a DirectX plug-in
  - Noise Reduction leaves a tinny or tinkling sound
  - An error occurs
