תנסה לתקן קבצי מערכת במחשב
(תפתח שורת פקודה עם הרשאות מנהל ותריץ את הפקודה DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
ואחרי שהיא תסיים אז תריץ את הפקודה SFC /SCANNOW

תכתוב בחיפוש של המחשב "שורת הפקודה".
תלחץ על הפעל כמנהל.
ואז תכתוב את הפקודה
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth תעשה העתק הדבק) ותלחץ על אנטרהוא יעשה משהו ארוך, כשהוא יסיים תכתוב את הפקודה
SFC /SCANNOW ותלחץ על אנטר
