לא נותן וכותב את זה
Component Universal CRT (Hotfix KB2999226) has failed to install with the following error message:
"Unfortunately, your version of Windows does not have the prerequisites to install SketchUp. Please use Windows Update to install all critical updates including Hotfix KB299926. Then try installing SketchUp again. (Trimble Code 3)"
The following components were not installed:
- Visual C++ "14" Runtime Libraries (x64)
The following components failed to install:
- Universal CRT (Hotfix KB2999226)
See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\3E62~1\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD2B69.tmp\install.log' for more information.

ניסיתי לעדכן גירסא(יש לי ווינדוס 8.1) והגולם אומר שא"א ישנה שגיאה
מה ניתן לעשות?
